Hello,

My father sim stopped working suddenly on January 1st 2021. I have been trying all the methods to activate the sim. I called Airtel store to check upon the issue they asked my father to approach the store to take some Live Photo’s even though my father’s Aadhar card is linked to the mobile number. His age is 65 years and he has some long term health issues how can the company expect old age people to approach store given the pandemic conditions. There are no any kind of services from company’s end to address these kind of problems faced by the customers as we are loyal customers and have been using the same sim from last 15 years. Please address this issue and kindly develop services to help old age people in this kind of pandemic situation where it is helpful for them.
