Text of Complaint by Rohit Thakur:

SIM stopped working on 19th August, Customer care executive asked me to go to the center.
I did visit the Airtel customer care office The Mall Shimla (PIN 171001) on 21st August 2021,
I gave them my Identity proof and LIVE photograph. I got a new swap SIM, which didn’t get activate, I revisit the Store on 23rd August again I gave identity proof and live photo, got a new Swap sim, and again that didn’t get activated. Its been more than week now and nobody is resolving this issue and the same time being postpaid connection billing is going on, This is loot from Airtel.
