I had taken a new airtel data card 7028793312 on 8th July but airtel service center did not give me a hotspot saying that they don’t have any stock. How am I supposed to use this data card without a wifi hotspot. I inserted the sim card into my older airtel hotspot but the message I get is CONNECTED WITHOUT INTERNET. I am unable to use the internet currently. How do I solve this problem. Airtel service center cannot solve this problem. Kindly help. Or else the only option left is to discontinue the service. No use keeping and paying for services which I can’t use.
