Hi Team,
This is to inform you that today i wanted to convert my postpaid to prepaid. when i went to airtel store they said it will done in few minutes. and suddenly my postpaid sim stopped working. After this they could not activate the new prepaid sim. and it has been 4 hrs now i am not able to communicate with any. My number is 9536748497
