This is Ali Ahamad Khan from Patna, my complaints regarding SIM card replacement. These is the 4th time to my SIM going to without network/Signal.

Please clarify why these happened with me? Today I was called to airtel customer service number, one of Airtel excutive say, SIR NOW YOU NEED TO REPLACE YOUR SIM CARD. this is too much , for me now it’s time to replace the SIM 5 times, I don’t know why these happened with me. Are these is fair to anyone? Why I am going to change sim card, while it’s a fault of Airtel company,

These is totally harasment and harsh, need to please look over these matters and resolve it, all services including reacharge etc are already activated on my given number 8797901069. While there is no network.

Please check and confirm, it’s going to very poor and unjustified services.
