My father used to have an Airtel number (which had been ported to Airtel from Vodafone on 2015) 9642628438.
On 07-07-2017, my father expired.
Later I was using that sim on his name only.
But recently, sim had been damaged physically.
I visited the Airtel store for many times, they were not doing the sim recreation for 9642628438 to get it on my name, even though I have all the legal documents with me.
Airtel team was telling that, i cannot get the sim if the owner is exist.
I am legal heir and why can’t I get sim which is on my father’s name?
