My mobile number which I am using for the past 10 years is not working. To change the SIM card I have visited the Airtel store. But my SIM card is in my father’s name and has been expired last year. Now I want to get the same number SIM with my name. I have death certificate of my father and all aadhar details. But Airtel store located in Porur Chennai was not properly responding. It has been more than one week still they are not bothered to give any action on it.
Kindly help me to get the new sim with same number. Since my SIM is linked with all my transactions. If not I have to compliant this incident in consumer compliant court.
