I VISIT AIRTEL STORE AT KAROL BAG NEW DELHI OFFICE THE MANAGER NAME MR. SWPAN DAS TOLD ME YOUR SIM PROFILE ID ARE MISMATCH. IF U WANT SAME MOBILE NUMBER THEN MUST U APPLY NEW AIRTEL POSTPAID CONNECTION THE CHARGE OF POSTPAID CONNECTION IS 2200 RUPEES.
HE GIVEN ME TIME 4-5 DAYS AFTER THAT TODAY I CALL HIM AND ASK IF READY MY SIM PLS GIVE US. HE TOLD U CAN TAKE BACK YR DOCUMENTS AND WE UNABLE TO GIVE U NEW POSTPAID SIM.
I VISIT ONE MORE AIRTEL STORE THEY TOLD YR PREVIOUS DATA NOT AVAILABLE IN SYSTEM WE CAN NOT HELP YOU AND YOUR OLD NUMBER ALREADY ISSUED ANOTHER PERSON ID. I SHOCKED AND CONTACT TO MR SWAPN DAS AND TOLD THE MATTER NOW HE BLACKMAIL AND ASKING 2000 RUPEES FOR THIS SIM CARD.
