My no is 9954479204 , my sim get suddenly stopped on 6th july. I went to nearest airtel outlet at sivasagar, assam (Biswaraj). They allot a new sim on 7th July & charge me Rs.60 for sim swap. Told me that it will activate within 3/4 hrs. Today is 8th July till now my airtel sim is not working. Pl look into the matter.
