Dear Sir,I requested for portability of my bsnl number 9439953483 to jio on 24.1.2022..your representative came to my home to check documents and portability. I gave him my phone to check UPC and proceed for portability. After documents verification he took my photo and gave a jio sim.I gave him 149.00 for recharge amount. He assured me that the portability will be activated by 28.1.2022 because UPC validity was28.1.2022.But due to my bad luck you didn’t activate portability. BSNL disconnected my sim.so I request you klindly take back your sim and refund my money Rs149.00 soon.Hope you will help a senior citizen sympathetically. Thanking you.
