Several times I have applied for sim portability at Sambalpur office . Ms Manisha Chouhan was taking care of my case . She always ensured me to send the executive to provide me the new sim . But no one came . The behaviour was not adequate . An executive from Jharsuguda Mr Rajat Padhi also committed me to visit my address to deliver the sim but he didn’t come . I have really frustrated with the kind of service .
