Sir I am availing only Airtel services for past 12 years.it is regret to inform that I have visited Airtel retailer for my mobile number 7702142826 portability from Andhra Pradesh to Karnataka on 1/12/2018.the Airtel retailer has taken my Aadhar and photo and submitted for portability.after 13 days I got the message that network will get deactivated and advised to call 59509. I have called 59509 for 2 days,but they are telling that the details are not updated and to call after 04 hours unfortunately my sim is showing that no networks is available hence I am unable to call 59509, I am asking whether I have done any wrong for which I am suffering for last 02 days due to non activation of sim.please look into the issue urgently.
