Hi,
My Airtel postpaid number 8334844416, (used for office works) is suddenly out of service since 14th Feb’23.
There is no postpaid airtel store nearby my district chatra(825401), Jharkhand.
Nearest store is 150 km away & customer care told me to travel & and get it done and they cannot do anything. My work is hampered and I am not in position to travel.
Why would I spend 2000 rupees in travelling, 2 days of time & energy when the issue is not my fault.
Beside that Airtel is billing me for this period, is it justified?
Due to Airtel service limitation/constraint, why would I suffer.
Please look into and serve me justice.
