hi my name is prakash. i have request to port my number from jio to airtel on 19th dec 2020 at 10digi.com and same day they have completed all processes and said that within 3 days my sim will be activated. today is 5th day but still my sim is not activated. they cheated me. i dont care about lost of money but that number is my primary number so i dont want to lose that number.
