I have using airtel SIM since 2 years and now the same SIM stopped working in smart phones but was working in other old model keypad mobiles

I visited today airtel out let pragatinagar hyd

They opted for SIM swap and I gave the OTP and then they says SIM cannot be replaced

My name is updated wrong in airtel outlet at Odisha they say now.

And now the same SIM not working in any mobile now.

This is total worst experience and airtel claims the best customer obsessed.

I m facing lots of problems
