I would like to inform you that SIM NO 9993891627 from dated on 04/10/2018 no signal in SIM, but the SMS messages are received till dated 14/10/18. I called Customer Care but no help from them and it is said that no data is available with us pl contact local Airtel office. When I visited the local Airtel office they are not supporting and they are saying that the SIM is closed but no proper justification is being given why the SIM is closed, where as all the relevant documents were submitted during the issue of SIM. I would like to know that without any information how the SIM can be closed in which already INCOMING /OUTGOING conversation is done.In all the official documents the same SIM NO 9993891627 is given due to which I am facing lot of problem and mental harassment. So kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible
