Text of Complaint by Joel Vaneesh:

I have ported my SIM from Jio to Airtel and on 19th port was successful and I got an sms on alternate number that I need to restart the phone after inserting the new sim and I need to do tele verification, but I’m unable to call the tele verification number so if I call customer care they are not able to help if I go to the place where the sim was ported even they are unable to do anything
