Hello,

I have tried to visit more than 3 times of airtel customer care at located s.g.highway ahmedabad But still I have not resolve my problem.

 

Problem is once after change the postpaid to prepaid I am not able to get any call and not call to anyone from my this number. I have checked that there is a balance is available and validity is also available but this problems is still not resolve I have asked in customer care also but they still not support and not resolved my issue I am facing this issue since last 3 months so Please resolve it asap.
