Hello,
My Sim card is not wokring. It is stopped working cause airtel want me to buy a new card.
They are telling its an technical issue which is false.
I had a word with customer executive as well they are also giving us false statements.I will raise a case against Airtel on courts as well.
Cause without any info, They blocked my sim card, I am losing revenue, clients and contact as well.
In My state we are facing lockdown so we cant to go the outlet and ask for new card. Which is worth 25INR
