my data was working in 2G suddenly even when my sim is 4G, i put a customer complaint via 121, they said the end date to resolve issue will be by November.
Then yesterday night my sim stopped working entirely. It shows no network at all. I had just recharged for 2 months unlimited data.
I need my sim network back and if not my data amount back
