Text of Complaint by Aishwarya Tamhane:

Hi Team,

I’m requesting to file a complaint as my Airtel SIM card stopped working on 6th April which was during the lockdown for Corona Virus. I was not able to use any online applications as for every transaction they were sharing OTP to the AIRTEL number and my airtel sim stopped working,I throws an error No SIM. I am  not able to use Paytm, Phonepay, ay online money transfer as they were sending OTP request on my mobile number.

I called Airtel team and informed them about all situation and told them I can understand the situation of lockdown and ut I’m not able to do any transactions due to OTP. Even the Airtel application was asking me for OTP.
