I had lodged a complaint with a Airtel regarding non working of SIM of my mobile number 9910160388- complaint IF is 31-2907826567554 of 10th April 2020 which was to be resolved latest by 17th April. The problem has not been attended to still and there is no response from Airtel team. In absence of my mobile all my activities like banking etc involving OTPs have totally stopped apart from risk of fraudulent activities.
