I asked for changing my prepaid connection to post paid. An Airtel person contacted me when I opted for it online and said it would be done. It is lockdown period. He took initiative to organise all, gave calls to many many times and on phn took Aadhar copy etc. when it was done, message came that postpaid plan activated in my mail. But my sim stopped working when he converted this. Till now it’s not working. It’s showing no net and no signal. When asked he said my sim wrong I have to buy new sim, which he never told me earlier. When I said I DM troubled as nothing is working even my prepaid , I said I want to stop this plan as it is it is not activated. He said it can’t be done you have to come personally but that too can’t happen as lockdown.
To change to postpaid he did all telephonically but to stop this postpaid and make my sim working he said nothing can be done without my visiting store.
He doesn’t attend call mow
