the sim card with the number 9748740286 was registered in my mother’s name so i want to transfer it in my name. so i went to my nearest airtel store (at Rathtala, Belgharia, Kolkata) and they told me to submit my aadhar card and to pay 250 or 300 (i don’t remember the exact amount) as fees for processing. the next day a guy came for verification and said the sim will get activated by midnight, but it didn’t happen. Since then it’s been 8-9 days and my sim hasn’t been activated. EVERYDAY I go to the store, they make me wait for 30 minutes only to hear that it will take one more day to activate and next day it’s the same story.
Why are they giving false promises if they can’t do it?
