On 2 March 2021 I requested to convert my existing airtel prepaid connection into pre on post .
But till date(6March 2021) sim is not activated and airtel retailer where I approached charged me 100 rupee (as per my knowledge this service charges 10 rupees approx) and not showing any concern regarding my issue
