Dear Team,
I am Ex Employee of Airtel (Telesonic ), during the Working i attached my personal postpaid  number to Airtel Company billing purpose ,after i left  my job i converted my number  9008419999 from post paid to prepaid in Vijaynagar branch Bangalore on date  between 25/jan 2020 -27/jan/2020  by showing the NOC from Airtel Company and also asked to change the Ownership to my name on same day  but they didn’t updated the KYC details to my name ,   it  is  not showing  my  name and any other name , that i came to know on  oct 8th of this year by airtel store  ,  i lost my phone and Airtel SIM card  last week (7/10/2020) ,after thati  visited to Airtel Store to take sim nearly  5 – 6 Airtel Stores they are all telling that it is not in your name and also it is in Delhi Circle they told to go and visit at Delhi to take sim or else asked to change the circle and update details of KYC , How it is possible to take  Sim in Delhi ,  i am from Karnataka unable to take sim from Delhi i asked to change my ownership during the period of converting from Airtel postpaid to prepaid  but  mistake done by employee of Airtel Store but  i am facing issue  , The first time i taken  postpaid by prooviding the adress proof which is attached the same at Karnataka Raichur District on the Name of Manjunath before attaching to Airtel company.. Airtel Bank is also done in my Name for the same number … , kindly refer below i hope all required documents i provide to do needful waiting for positive Response to helpful to take SIM by continue my services.
 Kindly change the Circle from Delhi to Karnataka and i  requested to updated EKYC to my name by referring attached Documents and details provided in below , Same documents provided  at the time of buying of  my postpaid Number..
kindly do the needful and ask if any other documents needed from my side i am ready to provide …
