From last one month I’m unable to use airtel services because of SIM issue. When contacted the Customer support they informed that due to software issue the sim got corrupted. Now after multiple follow ups they took my documents for new SIM and now they are telling unable to deliver the SIM as no one present to deliver. I requested them to send it through speed post but still they are ignorant to send my sim. In this difficult situation I’m unable to make or attend calls because of Airtel. Kindly take some action on this company as they are not fulfilling customer issue on time.
