number since 15 years now from 3 days my number is deactivated and my person have visited the airtel gallery there the airtel guy said to my person that the sim has been not working and he have to give new sim on behalf of my old sim for the activation but problem is that i am not in india and the number is very important for the work because all the working call up and follow up is going on the same above mentioned number and the airtel guy is telling to my person that we have to take the pic of mine. so what is the solution for the sim activation.
