from the three days the sim is not active and we have paid the bill timely . i have gone to service centre sector 37 market (airtel service centre). they replied that the sim is not active and it will not work at 10.30 am 10/12/2018. they replied it will active within 4 hours but is not activated within four hour . so that i have called to customer care at 2.00 pm. and complaint no. is 88880782 then after my sim is not activated till now
no action has been taken what is the reason for this even i have paid bill timely ,
they is no good response.
IS this sim activate or not ?
