The sim is not working since Saturday night I had made complain in airtel 121 through call and email and also visited the airtel store yesterday and today for the sim swapping service, they provided me a new sim and said that it will start working after 6hrs but it’s still 10 hrs and the sim is not working and I being a business men cannot operate my business and is in total stress and discomfort .
