I am using Airtel prepaid number. My sim stopped working on July 12, 2022. I went to the airtel center,minerva complex, Ambala cantt,on the same day. I had been given replaced sim and told that It will be activated after 4 hours. Today is 15 July but my sim is still not working. I visited center on 13 july to report the same issue but they said they have mailed to their higer authorities. On 14th July, no response was given. My email id is not registered. I had mailed to airtel but only reply which I received was to register the mail id. But my sim was not working and I am not able to register. I don’t know where to ask for the solution.
