Text of Complaint by Subodh singh yadav:

My sim is inactive from last 10 days, i have contacted customer care and did everything what they said and also swapped my sim but till now(24/07/2019) my sim is not activated. They are saying my name is mismatch from my id but all the ids that i have is of dame name no mistake in the ids. I just want is that my sim should be activated at as soon as possible
