Inspite of paying the bill my sim has not been activated. It’s been 15days. There is no proper customer care no. available anywhere like other networks. I can’t call on the airtel no because my sim is deactivated. What for this service when you are not acknowledging customer complaints. Calls will regularly come till bill is not paid after that they don’t even check why the no has not been activate. Very very disappointing service.
