- My sim was blocked by the company and i asked to exchange. They gave me the new sim but they have blocked that also.
- The same issue is repeated thrice with me and no one cares what the consumer is going through.
- The call centre is giving different answer whereas the airtel store is saying totally opposite.
- Atleast tell the consumer what exactly is the status so that he is not running again and again to reach you to tell his problem.
