Sub: Faulty SIM from 16th September – SIM changed for 4 times – still inactive state till today i.e.19th September – reg
Sir:
My mobile number 8754480903 is inactive since 16th September and I have submitted the required documents thrice to your POS, Kadapa and they could activate my mobile even after changing the SIM card three times by paying SIM charges. At the end of the second day i.e. on 17th September I was informed that the SIM card could only be changed in Chennai only.
I came to Chennai on 18th September and approached POS of your AIRTEL office, 4th Avenue, Ashok Nagar, Chennai-600083 and given relevant documents for SIM change (again I have paid for the SIM) and I was informed that my mobile phone no. 8754480903 will be activated by 19th September. But till now there is NO SIGN OF ACTIVATION OF MY SIM.
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHETHER MY MOBILE SIM WILL BE ACTIVATED OR NOT? IF NOT, WHY AND IF YES, WHEN WILL YOU ACTIVATE?
Nodal Officer Chennai mobile no.9952434865 does not exist – given complaint No.31-2464898637457 and on 19/09/2019 15:45:05. The same will be closed within 2 Working Days, it means I will get my reply for inactivation of SIM on 21st September and then I will wait for my SIM activation??? I also have sent many emails for activation my SIM, and NO response received
