Dear Sir/Madam, I have been facing OTP generating, network gagging and sim cloan issue since the month of May 2020. I have tried changing my sim card many times but my problem of getting application hack with my sim card still persists. I have filed a petition against Airtel but there is no response from them. I always have a disturbance in the line while talking to friends and family which gives me a question that someone is hearing my talks. I have screen shots of apps recording my screen. Kindly take this seriously as am mentally getting harassed no matter how many times i change my sim card or phone. For your information I have changed totally 4 phones and still no solution.
