This mail is to notify and to inform please disconnect the data services of my post paid SIM:7605052120 as I have discontinued with Airtel services.I had a conversation over call from one of your agent named Nandani,who asked me to drop an mail to the respective email address and also promised I would get a call back from her supervisor within 24-48 hours.
I would take this opportunity in regards to express how dissatisfied I am as a customer and how much frustated and annoyed I am choosing Airtel as the service provider during difficult times of the lockdown. None of the service providers yet ever made such vague and false promises and came up with something absolutely absurt. We are pretty well aware how post paid SIM works but never understood why people were so pissed off with Airtel service.Helplessly and unfortunately now that even I also one of your customer (hoping to leave at the earliest with the disconnection of data services and confirmation of the same), I realise why customer’s are choosing different service provider over Airtel.
I have had the most worst experience with Airtel being the first time customer.Would never choose Airtel again and not even in night mare would I recommend Airtel to my enemy.
Hope to listen soon in regards to the confirmation of my SIM being disconnected/de activated.Else I absolutely wouldn’t be paying the next month rental charges as said and confirmed over call the disconnection would be done before next bill generation date.
