I have lost my Jio prepaid sim before 3 months when I get shifted to new home. Luckily I found it today with no network. When approached Jio customer care they said my sim got disconnected at the end of August and no possibility to re activation. When I requested to re activate the sim since only 5-6 days has been passed from disconnection and willing to pay penalty, they simply said no. I have used this sim for my official work and for financial purpose. I kindly request you to take action and do the needful to retrieve my sim connection.
