Greeting from Gokul.
i have requested eSIM service through short code service of 121 and it was successfully registered for transfer.
After that moment I have recorded many SMS regarding transfer but at last I didn’t get the service for which I requested and the connection also disconnected from Airtel side without appropriate information.
Now they are asked me to get new sim from the store in the cost of Rs25.
It’s not correct way to treat the customer
I need justification for the same.
