Text of Complaint by Kanchan Meghna:

I had already registered my email ID in the Airtel thanks App and then written a mail to customer care email 121@airtel.com to deactivate the SIM .I also shared screenshot where I have registered the E-MAIL ID and from the same E-mail ID I had raised deactivation request.Still every time they are sending same reply that the E mail ID is not registered and instead of deactivating my SIM they had converted my SIM from pre paid to post paid and even after repetititve mails of deactivation they are sending same reply your email id is not registered however I had already registered and verified it.
