I have lost my phone on 19th sept and on 20th I reached to vi store to get the sim blocked. It is 22 today there is still no action being taken on my request. This is an emergency situation and should be blocked within minutes of reporting the same.

I have reported the FIR to local police station and still there is no response after sharing the same with vi.
This is an emergency situation and should be handled immediately.
