Sir, I already paid my family postpaid plan bill 22 Feb 2022 after that my service deactivated
Before after paid amount getting MI continue alret message during call to paid your bill,
Then I contact to Kalyan vodhanphone Gallary explain about alert message trying to you never paid your bill I saw them up trasation receipt then again told MI your old overbill are pending I ask to how can possible, then they don’t have ans suggest to me contact 2nd one near Gallary,
Friday gone to gallery they same ask MI the show your bank transactions or company refund your amount in your AC I said never refund amount,
Saturday MI and my mom service deactivated 3 days we can’t use my SIM for contact any one,
Why it’s happened I paid truly my bills then this type I am going to survive difficulty.
Can company ready to provide MI if I delay payment no.
