Hello. I have been using my jio sim (7415724004) since around 10year. But last week it is deactivated for no reason. When i asked for reason the customer care giving no justification on that and some random false reason. My query is closed but i did not get ant justification, they are hiding their internal failures and closing tickets by saying its cyber crime. This number is very important for me and i need it back as i have been a loyal customer.
