Still my sim not activated. I taken new sim by airtel store still no network on sim last 1 month my sim not working my all work has pending. that no, registered with all banks and documents or office.

when i call to customer care they told me your sim is active but reality not they suggest me you have to visit the store where you purchased the new sim but right now i m in different state. so how can i go but why no. is not working if new sim taken. i called to store person they also told me same you no. active but might be you have to purchased another sim.
