My sim number found deactivated two days before.i was recharged for 1 year unlimited voice call plan on june 2020.i contacted Coustomer care for the activation of the sim card and to get my recharge amount back.they given a new sim card and they said after two days sim card will activate.all documents provided as they requested.after three days while contacting they are not responding for my calls.
also one message came in my another number to recharge that deactivated sim again for the activation.then again recha For 49 rupees in that number.
I need to get my sim reactivated and also i need mu cash back.
