My VI prepaid number is recently permanently deactivated and when i asked them to reactivate they asked me to postpaid this number for 4 month with 399 plan plus taxes. Why is it required i do not understand, is this is the new way of earning money… Moreover when i specifically asked why my number deactivated, there was no reason mentioned. This is the second time this happend to me.
I am using my VI number from year and i lost all my trust to the company as they are doing such practice to harass their customers.
