Text of Complaint by Melroy Gomes:

I had placed my number on safe custody as I had been to abroad to avoid the cancellation of SIM card. While placing the number in safe custody I have verified regarding the pending billalso I got confirmation mail about the safe custody. But after three months when I asked the airtel customer service officer to extend my safe custody further more them came up telling that my number had been deactivated. They are arguing that it was not put in safe custody even after I got confirmation mail regarding the safe custody. More over before deactivating I have not received any alert mail from the company to avoid the deactivation of my airtel number.. I was using this postpaid number from many years but company failed to give the satisfaction service to  their customer.
