Text of Complaint by Arvinder Kalotqa:

I am holding an Airtel pre-paid number 9890500871 which has abruptly stopped functioning. I last had done a recharge of Rs 398 on 23rd April 2020 the very next day the SIM got deactivated. I did try to swap the SIM to different slot as well as phone but didn’t help. I need this SIM to be working as this is my Primary Internet source. Currently, I am managing it via my Vodafone number.

Due to COVID-19, I am unable to reach anyone at Airtel. I will be obliged if somebody can help and fix this. If any information is required please let me know I will more than happy to support. Also, when I initially tried sending the mail to 121@in.airtel.com I received a reply stating that my Email ID is not registered. I remember while I purchased this SIM here I did give the same email id from which I am sending this mail.
