Text of Complaint by Ketan Patel:

I am Using Airtel SIM Card Prepaid Mob. No :9601379004 since last 12-13 years now Suddenly it Stopped then it have visit Airtel customer care representative at Ankleshwar – GIDC (Gujarat) and 3 times provide my Original Aadhar, Voter ID, Driving license and also give my live present photo paid new SIM fees but they Said your IDs not matched as per our records same issue repeated second Time in 2019 also same thing happened but after multiple escalations that time it works now local Airtel customer representative said we can’t do anything in it. I have put multiple mails to Airtel complain authority eg. Nodal officers Gujarat, 121 help I’d, Airtel complaints each end since last 13 days but they didn’t revolve issue just send mails as we will revert back to you in 24-48 hours only nothing else as my most of the works are stucked due to this.
