i was using airtel sim from last 8 years. all the document including bank i given this number. i lost my phone so i went to airtel office junagadh but they told there was mistake in my name while i had purchased sim before 8 year ago.!!( i had given all documents when i purchased then also.!!). they canceld that sim name and given me new sim card cost me 30 rupee. but that sim was not activated. again they said that you have to replace this simcard and again cost 30..! then same happened again and cost 30.!! while having this i was only able to receive sms but i couldnt make calls. i tried care but they told me that we are not behind this contact your local store becuse they stopped your outgoing and incoming facility..! i again went but they told that you didnt called from it 187 days so your number hasbeen put in junk..!! while i have much validity and was unable to call anyone.! i having a ltd company and we are using morethan 17 CUG of other companies but never heard or went through this dump service.
